Description of Swellable waterstop bar
Swellable waterstop bar is a new type of water stop check of aquatic products, it passes through vulcanization molding, but unlike general rubber products, it has excellent resilience, extensibility. And elastic seal water. It can meet water expansion, with water water stop, stop water effect to make it more reliable than ordinary waterproof materials.

Application method of Swellable waterstop bar
1.Remove substances and smooth the surface to be applied after hardening of the casted concrete.
2.Apply rubber adhesives evenly to the area to be applied on the casted concrete, and then apply the rubber sealing strip. Please make sure that the application part should be more than 10cm away from the edge of the concrete.
A: Dry surface: rubber adhesives to be used.
B: Wet surface: epoxy adhesives to be used.
3.Drive concrete nails on rubber sealing strip at 30-50cm intervals to fix firmly to prevent peel-off of the rubber sealing strip.
The edge of rubber sealing strip should be overlapped each other with no gaps if you need to joint. Avoid exposure to rainwater before and after application of the rubber sealing strip. |
